Friends of Hove Park Easter Egg Trail

This was the first event organised by the Friends of Hove Park, and was very successful with 164 completing the trail around the park. Boards were erected at various places around the park, carrying a clue to the location of each board. The first was conveniently sited next to the start point! Each board carried a letter, and the ultimate object was to collect all the letters and then rearrange them to give the mystery word to win an Easter egg.

A colourful poster was produced....

... and displayed around the park.

Charlie, our Park Ranger, hammers in the board next to the climbing rocks.

Meanwhile, the banner is attached to the cafe, next to the Friends' stand.

Very soon, the stand becomes busy.

But things become quieter when most people are out on the trail.

All over!
